When creating an account with MinnieRose.com, your information is saved on a private database server and is not disclosed to anyone. Although we securely save your information for speedy check-outs and prompt customer service to make your shopping experience faster and easier we do not store your credit card information.

Once we receive your order we will email you an order confirmation and, upon shipping, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information.

We accept orders through our eCommerce website, not through email. This is because information transmitted via email may not be secure. If you need customer service or prefer to place an order by phone, you may call us at (212) 575-5766, Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. If we are unable to attend to your call immediately, your call will be returned within 24 hours during our business hours. You may also contact us by email at customerservice@minnierose.com.

Entering your email address in our sign up button keeps you updated on special offers, trends and updates. If you wish to be removed from our email list, you can do so by clicking on the unsubscribe button located on the email to not receive any future emails.
