Free Standard Shipping & Handling in the USA (4-7 business days):
We offer FREE Standard shipping for all shipments in the United States. We use FedEx or UPS for standard shipping. Delivery takes approximately 4 – 7 business days from the day you place the order. If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 3 pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays. The merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays after 3 pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is always by FedEx or UPS, with no additional charge. Sorry, we do not ship to military addresses at this time.
Express Shipping (2-3 business days):
We are happy to expedite orders and offer express shipping for an additional charge of $20.00. Expedited orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday, except for holidays, and are shipped by FedEx or UPS.
Shipping to Canada (5-10 business days):
We ship to Canada, and only standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $30.00 USD customers can check out through our on-line store. It may take up to 10 business days for the order to arrive.
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a “disbursement” or “advancement fee” is charged by the shipping company. We have no control over these charges. We ship worldwide.
Packages being shipped to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Hong Kong, Japan, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and New Zealand ship via FedEx or UPS and may take from 5-10 business days to arrive.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
International Shipping Cost is a flat $50.00 USD rate for the countries listed above.
International customers who reside in countries other than those listed above can contact us at email@example.com to place an order.
Exchanges and Returns
Thank you for shopping Minnie Rose, we hope you are pleased with your purchase. All garments purchased at full price can be returned for a complete refund or exchange within 14 days of the original shipping date. Sale price garments may be exchanged only within 14 days of original ship date. Any shipping fees (if package was not shipped by Free Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. We will accept no returns, exchanges, or store credit after 14 days from our original ship date. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Anything shipped to Minnie Rose after the 14 DAY PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN and you will receive credit back in the form of a gift card redeemable at minnierose.com.
Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out the return/exchange form you will find in your shipment.
Please note: International exchanges will be required to pay the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.
If returning for CREDIT please allow 7 to 10 business days for transit and an additional 3 business days to process your credit. Your refund will be issued to your credit card account.
If returning for Exchange we will process your request with in 3 business days after receipt of package. The exchange will be re-shipped at Minnie Rose’s expense. If the exchange item is not available, Minnie Rose will issue a credit to the original form of payment. On international exchanges we will charge you for the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.
All returns should be shipped either UPS or FEDEX so that a tracking number will be available.

Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If the order has already been shipped, changes can be handled through our exchange and return policy.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. PayPal can be used on phone orders.
Sales tax is charged to orders shipped to within New York State.
