Expedited 2-Day Air Domestic delivery (which arrives in 3-5 days) available at checkout for an additional $20.

We also offer free returns in the US. Please see our Returns Policy for information regarding returns. 

International Shipping

International flat fee of $50 for shipping.

Taxes & Customs Policy

Import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees beyond our control are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the package is returned due to unpaid taxes & duties, round trip shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Minnie Rose is not responsible for any situation occurring during customs clearance.

Do you have shipping restrictions?

We do ship to most countries in the world, any country that UPS/FedEx operates, we can reach. However, at this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO areas. We will be asking for alternative addresses for these orders.

I need my order tomorrow! Is there an expedited option?

We only offer one form of shipping that is already quite fast. Unfortunately, we do not offer next day shipping.

We do however, offer expedited 2-Day Air Domestic delivery (which arrives in 3-5 days) available at checkout for an additional $20.

Normally, from the moment a shipment is dispatched, delivery will be made within an average of 3 - 5 business days. (shipping time estimations do not include any time possibly spent in customs or due to shipping carrier delays or inclement weather).

Delivery Issues (ex. stolen package)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, courier company offers a non-face-to-face delivery service. Please make sure the shipping address is safe for the signature released delivery.

Minnie Rose is not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the courier company has delivered to your correct address.

Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.

Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.
